ดัดแปลงโดยคุณปู่สมิง เวิ่นทอง ลักษณะเป็นข้าวต้มทรงสามเหลี่ยม รับประทานกับน้ำเชื่อม
ทับทิมกรอบ และขนุน
เพิ่มความเย็นสดชื่นด้วยน้ำแข็งบด
“Steamed Sticky Rice in Banana
Leaves” are well-known authentic dessert of
Wat Sam Phraya community into Thai dessert. A triangle shape steamed sticky
rice originating from Zongzi, a traditional Chinese rice dish, was improvised
by Grandpa Sming Wernthong. It is served with syrup, coated water chestnut
pieces and jackfruit. To add a refreshing flavor, it is usually served with
crushed ice.
